I study how people navigate moral tensions in organizations: how and why we sometimes act against our values, and how ethical lapses can spread.
My research combines behavioral experiments, formal models, and digital tools to better understand leadership, legitimacy, and ethical decision-making.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me bouldering or writing riffs around strange distortion pedals.
